3. No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions

NTX Limo LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR CONDUCT OF THIRD-PARTY DRIVERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Vehicle accidents, collisions, or traffic violations
• Personal injuries, fatalities, or harm to passengers or third parties
• Property damage to vehicles, personal belongings, or other property
• Negligent, reckless, careless, or illegal conduct
• Failure to provide services as requested or agreed
• Service quality issues, delays, or cancellations
• Violation of traffic laws, regulations, or safety standards
• Any criminal activity, misconduct, or unlawful behavior
• Driver credentials, qualifications, or licensing issues
• Vehicle safety, condition, or compliance with regulations

Drivers are independent contractors solely responsible for their own actions, conduct, vehicles, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. NTX Limo LLC does not supervise, control, direct, or manage the day-to-day activities of drivers.

4. User Verification Responsibilities

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING AND ASSESSING:

• Driver Credentials: Driver licenses, qualifications, background checks, and professional standing
• Vehicle Safety: Vehicle condition, safety features, maintenance records, and compliance with regulations
• Insurance Coverage: Adequate insurance coverage and liability protection
• Booking Details: All booking information, including pickup and dropoff locations, dates, times, and special requests
• Pricing Information: Fare estimates, pricing, and payment terms
• Safety and Suitability: The safety and suitability of transportation services for your specific needs

NTX Limo LLC does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the credentials, qualifications, or safety of any driver or vehicle. You must make your own independent assessment and decisions regarding the use of transportation services.

5. No Liability for Delays, Cancellations, or Service Issues

NTX Limo LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Delays in pickup, arrival, or completion of transportation services
• Cancellations by drivers or service providers
• Service quality issues or dissatisfaction with transportation services
• Route issues, navigation problems, or incorrect directions
• Unavailability of drivers or vehicles
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Weather conditions, traffic, or other external factors affecting service
• Any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from delays or cancellations

Route information, navigation data, estimated arrival times, and real-time location data provided through the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or current. NTX Limo LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Estimated arrival times or trip duration calculations
• Real-time location data accuracy or availability
• Traffic conditions, road closures, or route availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NTX Limo LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
